In the Garage...

Down like MIA...

Combining my love of pop/vernacular architecture with illustration I've been using buildings in a series of portraits to tie in a little extra detail to the personality portrayed. In this recent illustration of M.I.A. the telecommunication 'masts' surrounding her relate to the theme and title of her latest single, 'I'm Down like your Internet Connection'.
